If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Please feel free to inquire about availability.
 

An itemized receipt (superbill) can also be provided if you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to determine whether reimbursement is available when submitting a superbill.
